During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within the United States.

Priority Shipping (if offered at checkout): 2–3 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.
If your package is delayed, please allow additional transit time before reaching out.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

Contact the carrier
If needed, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim
Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise noted.
