  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging when possible

How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and ensure a replacement or full refund is provided.

Exchanges

To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for a different size or item. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued.
