For over 15 years, Stacey McMorris has built and led entrepreneurial ventures, developing a foundation of discipline, leadership, and practical wisdom that now informs her coaching and ministry work.

Stacey is the founder of The Word & Witness, a ministry committed to helping individuals and families live lives rooted in truth, aligned with purpose, and expressed through faithful daily living.

She is also the co-founder of We Have Been Commissioned, a nonprofit organization she leads alongside her husband, Michael. Together, they provide pastoral services and spiritual support to nursing home residents, offering encouragement, presence, and care.

Through her combined experience in business and ministry leadership, Stacey serves as a life, marriage, and premarital coach, helping individuals and couples strengthen their foundations, gain clarity in life and relationships, and live out their faith with intention and integrity.
