Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we’ll notify you promptly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.50 and are non-refundable if you decide to return your purchase.
We currently ship via USPS within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so
can follow your package every step of the way.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to USPS, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your package is delayed, please allow additional transit time before contacting us.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

If you still need assistance, contact us and we will help you file a carrier claim if applicable.
Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise noted.
