Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to partial refund.

Return Shipping Fee

If the return is due to:

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirmation
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
